All prices are: FOB Copex, Holland. Transport arrangement out of Copex, will incur additional charge.

Claims, with evident photo documentation, added detailed description of the damage / problem, must be received by Graff Growing A/S, no later than 48 hours after receipt of the shipment.

Number of claimed plants, to be determined, no later than 14 days after receipt.

No compensation is awarded beyond the plant's cost.

Goods supplied from the Netherlands and further into the EU will be invoiced subject to 0% VAT exempt pursuant to article 138(1) directive 2006/112/EC only in the case where sufficient documentation (CMR) of transport out of the Netherlands can be provided. If CMR-documentation cannot be provided or the CMR documentation insufficiently demonstrates the cross-border transportation, VAT will be charged according to EU-legislation.
